He performed an analysis and prevented me with multiple options and varying price ranges. He made recommendations, but there was no pressure or salesmanship. My service person arrived promptly almost exactly at the time he said he would. I was hoping that all I would need would be the spring replacement unfortunately that was not the case. My service person replaced the entire spring assembly and springs but the door still did not open properly. Fortunately my repairman had everything necessary to replace my door opener with a new one and complete the entire job. I have a limited income and this was an expense that I was not expecting. The service was pricey but I do believe the job was well done and hopefully I don't need to have this done again in my lifetime. My repair person was very empathetic to the entire situation as I'm sure you all run into this everyday. My only complaint is obviously the price but, with things in the world as they are today it is almost expected. The service that I received was quick and professional. Hopefully the products that were installed it will be well worth the cost. Garage doors/openers are a convenience that we absolutely take for granted until they don't work. Thank you!

I called a little after 7 AM to schedule an appointment for a broken spring and Jordan had everything back in working order before noon. Had a great experience with a replacement of our garage door opener and replacement of other garage door parts. Called Precision Doors later in the day on 7/5 and by noon on 7/6 the work was completed. We called to have a few springs replaced on two garage doors. The service technician was very professional and knowledgable. He gave us different options and when I chose one of the cheaper options there was no pressure or sales pitch to take the higher priced option. He explained the difference between the options and what to expect and then when I chose the cheaper option that was it. The service was done quickly and at the time they stated. The most important part though - the job was well done, quality work. I was very happy with the work the tech did. He was friendly, looked professional and did quality work. They were definitely not the cheapest but overall definitely worth it. I'd rather pay a little more for quality work.

After forgetting I had put the deadbolt lock across my garage door one windy night and hitting the opener the next morning I watched in horror as my door crumpled and started leaning like the tower in Pisa. I panicked and called Precision Garage Doors and Rick was so wonderful to come out the same day, assess the situation and talked over the resolution. He showed me the various new doors, explained insulated garage doors so I purchased a new door with the insulation thanks to him which I’m so glad I did! In addition he was kind enough to help get the door fully closed so I would feel safe. Only three weeks later Nicole was so fun and helpful when we were scheduling the install and today my gorgeous new door was installed thanks to the amazingly talented Silas! He was so friendly and helpful from going over maintenance steps to exceeding my expectations with the end result. As a person who had worked in various customer facing positions I was incredibly impressed by every employee I worked with. If I could give this company 100 stars I would for their responsiveness, quality products and top-tier customer service!!! Thank you all for another job done beyond expectations!

My current opener and wires were 30 years old, so he had quite a challenge. I will need a new door before the end of this year. I will be calling Nia and Precision Door Service. Precision was recommended to me when I solicited recommendations on Facebook for a garage door repair company. I researched all three companies that were recommended and Precision stood out among them from the get-go. My need was not urgent, so I filled out the easy, online request and received a return call very promptly. Steven was professional and thorough on the phone with what to expect, including full disclosure about the service call fee. On the day of service, my technician Chad, called 35 minutes before arriving and arrived promptly within the timeframe expected. He was accompanied by Jordan, a trainee. Both were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Chad gave me three different options for repair, with very thorough explanations of what each would cover. There was absolutely no pressure to choose the most expensive option. Once I chose my option, they were well-prepared to do the work and completed it immediately while on site. I was very pleased with Precision and am extraordinarily grateful for the recommendation.

When I was leaving my home to travel to work, my garage opener burned out. I contacted a representative from Precision Garage Doors, and he was able to send a technician the same morning to replace it. The service technican was very courteous, knowledge, and professional. He informed me the reasons why my door opener was malfunctioning and presented me with three viable options. After replacing my door opener, he thoroughly demonstrated how the new door opener operated. The price of the door opener and installation was very competitive, and I was very satisfied. When completed he showed the work for my approval. One of the most professional ,I have encountered in years. It is very difficult to find an employee of this caliber today.
