One star only because there is no choice for zero star. Do not label your company as offering an opener repair service. Not true. You are only interested in selling new installations. Your "repair man" refused to even try to diagnose what was wrong or make any attempt to service the opener. It was strictly a receiver coding error which I discovered and corrected myself. Thanks for nothing.

I called there company & got a live person on the phone & explained the problem I was having with my garage door-a part on my garage door broke the night before & my door wasn't opening. The person on the other end of the phone noted my information & took my address & then offered me a same day appointment that afternoon!!! He explained the service fee & that the technican would call me before any work was done to approve it & the cost & that he would call me before he got to my house. The technican was there when he was expected to be & after speaking with my husband he did the repairs as needed & fixed the door. I also received an email of the repairs done & the payment. Everything was great!!

The technician was right on time was very helpful explaining what was going on with my garage door. He gave me the best package for my situation. Justin, the Technician, and the Company, both exceeded our expectations! Superb communications by the office, and Justin's technical expertise was superior. He walked us thru the options for replacing 2 very old garage door systems, made recommendations after a very thorough diagnosis, etc. Installation was quick, and attention to detail was fantastic. From new motors, bearings, springs, and everything else was nailed down perfectly. After identifying the need for additional parts not on the truck, and not planned for, Justin contacted the Company and in a very short period of time called me back (the same day and the office emailed me) and the parts were available. Justin came back the following day to complete the task. So, Justin's Customer Service and expertise was off the charts, and the Company's products and Customer Service were simply excellent!
