Kenny Dyson did a great job today! He provided his assessment, gave several options, and made his recommendations. We ended up going with a rebuild for our garage door. Kenny did all the work in well under 2 hours and everything is operating like a charm. We are very pleased with the service and will certainly use Precision again. If we decide to get a new door down the road, Precision will be the company we call. Thanks to Kenny for doing a great job! Dan Bryan

We had a tremendously good experience with Jerry Eldreth. He went through every detail of what needed done along with pricing the options for us. At no time did we feel pressured. From start to finish, the Precision team was kind, professional, impressive in their communication, respectful, and helpful. From day 1, Eddie patiently discussed our options and provided tools for us to make an informed decision. He was unhurried and low pressure, presenting our options over several meetings. On the day of install, Rick arrived right on time, communicated effectively, and worked tirelessly to finish the install in one day, giving me the confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing. He was personable, professional and hard working. The finished product looks beautiful, works like a charm, and is a solid, high-quality product. I highly recommend the Precision team.

We would like to submit a review on one of your technicians, Jerry Eldreth, who did a recent service call for us at our home. We found him to be extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and well spoken. He was a great representative of your company. He was also very patient, never rushed us and answered all of our questions. You would think he would be a valued member of your organization for sure. Thank you.

We saw good reviews and decided to give Precision a try. We were scheduled for Monday, but they moved our appt up to Saturday. We were so pleased with Jerry. He explained what was wrong with our door and the fee to fix it. With the age of our door, we decided to get a new door. All charges for Saturday will be included in the price of the new door. And, Jerry fixed our problem until the new door gets here. Very reputable and up front company!

Old garage door opening finally let me down. I received a prompt response to my call and a technician arrived at my home 24 hours later. Dennis Gohn, the precision technician, reviewed the project with me and gave me several options. He was able to answer all my questions and helped me arrive at the best solution for my individual case. My new garage door opener, including an new spring system, was fully installed within 2 hours and Dennis spent as much time as I needed to go over the operating instructions. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of Precision and all the representatives that worked with me. Thank you for making the experience a pleasure and I look forward to you replacing my other two openers.

I was VERY satisfied with the repair and service that Jerry provided for our garage door and opener - replacing springs and rollers. He was extremely thorough and explained reasoning behind his repairs, provided us a quote, got our approval and proceeded with repairs and work diligently until all was in perfect working order. I fully expected we might need a new garage door opener as well But some simple lubrication of some of the internal mechanisms solved the problem. Lastly, he was able to upgrade our four digit security code to 6 digits adding an additional level of security and peace of mind. Thanks Jerry – definitely a job well done!!

Choose Precision Garage Door Service because it was local, and my garage door wouldn’t open. Dan arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment time. He was personable, professional, and thorough. He made a quick inspection, told me what needed to be repaired, and offered a few maintenance items that might be appropriate. I agreed with his recommendations. Dan made the repairs, and the door was working in short order. When trying to use my remote after he left, the door wouldn’t open. I called Dan and he immediately came back to make sure that the remotes were working properly before he left. I would recommend Dan and Precision Garage Door Repair to anyone. Thanks for a job well done!

Very good to work with. Did not push to get new door from them, just designed the door we wanted at a good price. My door spring had broken 2 days before he came and fixed it on the spot before he left. As we have a special needs child and through the garage is the quickest way out of house. Thanks very much.

Jerry Eldreth diagnosed the trouble with my 17yr old garage door. It was limping along after all those years without service. In a matter of a few hours, Jerry installed a new motor and converted the drive from chain to belt with a tension coil operating system. Thorough and professional describe the service and customer-first approach. 5 star

I was very happy with the service from Steven who installed my new garage door He came as scheduled even though we were having a snow storm. He was courteous even asked if I needed help removing the snow from my driveway. That is a courtesy I certainly didn't expect. I not only recommend Precision Door to everyone, I will use them for any future needs for myself.
