Jerry Eldreth was courteous and professional. The last panel on the garage door was broken and wouldn’t close properly, it appeared I would need a new garage door installed. Jerry explained the options offered in detail then repaired the door - sealed it underneath, straightened the panel to help it close better - as I await a new door. This gave me a great sense of relief and I was quite impressed with the end result. My garage door cable broke at 6:30 PM on a Thursday night.I immediately called your company and even that late, got a representative on the phone who scheduled me for a repair visit the following morning at 10 AM. I called late in the afternoon and got an appointment the very first thing the next morning. They said between 8 & 10AM. The tech arrived a few minutes after 8 and more door was fixed and the tech gone before 9. I was so happy with a stress free experience. This is the first time I've had an issue since the installation over 2 years ago. This problem was caused by a thunder storm overnight which caused a loss of power.
