Our service call to Precision was placed on a Sunday morning. Appropriate information was provided to them and repair was scheduled for Monday morning. The technician arrived on schedule, reviewed our problem with us and gave us three repair options with prices, not estimates. The work that was performed required a great deal of skill and knowledge and could not have been performed by a homeowner. Don't watch the YouTube videos and think you can do the repair yourself. A new spring was installed along with nylon roller guides and cables. The repair work was completed in two and one half hours. Pricing was upfront. No changes. No additions. Great job!

I bought a brand new garage door five years ago and the spring snapped last week. Of course, the warranty is only 3 years long, so I had to pay over $1,000 to fix it "right" this time. The technician was friendly and answered all my questions. He admitted that the spring originally installed with the garage door was undersized (the door is insulated and heavy) and he upgraded them significantly this time. This is a poor reflection on your business if you will install a door with substandard hardware that fails in 5 years... conveniently 2 years after the warranty expires.

Precision Garage Doors was great today! Our car was being held hostage in our garage, & our regular company couldn't come until Friday ( today is Monday). My husband said he sees a lot of Precision trucks on the road & to call them. I went online to get a phone number & was happy to see I could book online for TODAY! They send you a picture of who's coming (great idea!). They were right on time, gave us 3 options of what could be done to solve the problem, then did great completing the job with a 10 year warranty on everything. Extremely happy!
