The two men that were here were very courteous and professional and explained things that I tried to understand. They replaced numerous parts which they stated needed to be replaced and gave a good warranty. My door is still very noisy which is why I called in the first place. Your tv advertisement says about quieting noisy doors. I feel that it’s safe to use but not near as quiet as I hoped. My neighbor said all these condominium doors are noisy.

I was very pleased with the service I received from making the appointment to the actual service completed by the technician. I realized the door wasn't working correctly at 8 PM on Thursday night. I saw the advertisement that the company is available 24/7. I called and expected an answering machine, but I got a real, friendly voice. I was told they could have a technician there the very next day, even though snow was expected. I indicated that for everyone's safety and since it wasn't an emergency I could wait an extra day which was a Saturday. I had multiple times slots available. The technician arrived at the scheduled time, prepared several options for the repair, discussed them, and went right to work. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Our technician was Nia. He was prompt to come out. Explained the process of what he was going to do and what he was going to look for, explained the safety inspection.
