I have dealt with Precision in the past and they come out the same day I call and it usually is a very short wait for a technician to come out. They have technicians who get the job done fast and accurate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their garage door fixed. I am very satisfied with them.

I started my Thursday to find one of my garage doors was not functioning due to cabling coming off one of the pulleys. I did not have time to diagnose & repair, so I did a quick Google search for "Garage Door Repairs". I noticed Precision Garage Door Service was highly reviewed & local. I gave them a call, talked to a representative and was informed a technician would arrive in a few hours. The technician (Blake) actually contacted me sooner than expected and arrived shortly thereafter. Blake was friendly, courteous & knowledgeable. He asked specific questions and was able to diagnose the issue(s). He provided a plan for repair and executed that plan promptly & professionally. I'm not impressed easily, but I am very impressed & happy with every aspect of dealing with Precision today. If the need arises, I will certainly use them again! I will also let friend, family & colleagues know about my experience with Precision as well! Extra kudos to Blake as well!

My husband, Ken and I can't say enough good things about your service. We called to make an appointment the night we came home from work and discovered we had a broken garage door spring. The very next morning Jerry came out to assess the situation. He was wonderful to deal with. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. It turns out we basically had our whole garage door system overhauled. New springs, cables, drums, bearings and rollers and we also purchased a new belt drive garage door opener. We were so impressed and so pleased with everything that was done. Now that everything is working as it should, we only realized just how badly things needed attention. We wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend your service to anyone. Thank you for everything.

After 25 years, my garage door opener finally died. After seeing comments on Facebook about Precision Garage Door Service, I called and was able to make an appointment for the same day. Chad came out and replaced my opener with a new one on the spot. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

I called Precision two weeks ago to book an estimate for new garage door openers. I placed my call at 9 am and was told that someone would be stopping by to take a look at10! Not only did Ryan and Jerry show up at 10, they actually had four options to choose from in their truck and offered to install my choice that very day! The price was exactly what I anticipated. The guys were pleasant, professional and a joy to work with. They didn’t pressure me into buying something with bells and whistles I didn’t want or need. They were her about 2 or 3 hours and when they were finished, left no debris behind at all. I can’t give a 10 star rating because it doesn’t go up that far, but if it did, Precision, Ryan and Jerry would certainly get that rating from me! Thank you for your stellar service! I absolutely love my new openers!

My husband and I are extremely pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, and personable the estimator, Zack Yost was as well as the installer, Zachary Stephens. I had told our neighbor across the street from us that I had the estimator coming and Zack spoke with her the same day. We love our new garage doors! The appearance and quality is excellent as well as the sound or lack thereof. We will definitely recommend Precision to family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience. - Cindy Kolva

Not much confidence in the service guy we had. Told us we needed the springs replaced as the ones we had were too big. Having 2nd thoughts on having him do the replacements and paid over $600 dollars . He couldn’t figure out the garage door opener and said we should replace that as well. We did not. . Will not use Precision the future.

Easy to use the on line tool to schedule the service. Technician arrived timely and called a half hour before the scheduled time window. Was pleasant, introduced himself. Fully explained the process, gave me my options. I decided on the options and he got right to work. The job was done properly and efficiently. I am pleased.

Dakota (Cody) Anderson was very professional and courteous. He arrived well within the time frame and worked with alacrity. Mr. Anderson gave me 3 options and explained their pros and cons. I picked the mid option (replacing springs, cables, rollers, bearings with a 10-year warranty). My garage door was up running as well as new in an hour and a half. I am very happy with the service and results.

I called and was given an appointment for that afternoon. The technician called to let me know his TOA. He inspected the mechanics of my garage door and supplied three options with the pricing and explanation for each. The job was completed the same day to my satisfaction and is guaranteed for 10 years. I was very pleased! Thank you for great service.

The two men that were here were very courteous and professional and explained things that I tried to understand. They replaced numerous parts which they stated needed to be replaced and gave a good warranty. My door is still very noisy which is why I called in the first place. Your tv advertisement says about quieting noisy doors. I feel that it’s safe to use but not near as quiet as I hoped. My neighbor said all these condominium doors are noisy.
