Highly recommend this company! Very courteous and friendly staff. I got an appointment for the next day and they were at my house to fix the problem with in the time frame quoted to me. Denny Gohn did a great job installing a new garage door opener, wall consoles, and keyless entry console. He took a look at the old one to see if he could salvage it (mind you I already had a new one so this wasn’t an upsell) and worked to still use the parts that were fine (i.e. chain). Very friendly guy, arrived in good time, and I would recommend this service.

Amazing ... called at 2pm, technician at the house at 4pm and issues resolved by 5pm. Dustin took the time to review all the issues with the springs, frayed cables and pulleys. He was very professional, courteous and FAST.

Prompt same day service can't be beat. Our tech, Dustin, was here when promised and he did a great job in explaining our options. I chose this company based on the ratings and proximity. The person who answered the phone was very courteous and informative. The service person who came was the same. He explained in detail what was wrong with garage door opener and also presented visual description of all service and price options. Fortunately he was able to complete the work at the same appointment. The problem required extensive replacement and I believe the price was reasonable for the job. I was pleased with the work and his helpfulness. I will definitely call this company again.

I had full repair conversions performed on both doors. One due to a broken cable and the 2nd for safety precautions due to the age of the spring system. The tech was extremely helpful and friendly. Multiple options and prices were presented and explained with clarity. Both doors were completed in a couple hours. I was very impressed and I am extremely satisfied. I had a tension spring break on our garage door. I contacted Precision Garage Door and they immediately came out after we scheduled a date/time and the technician Daniel was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and a people person. He carefully explained things and provided several options for our needs. He fully inspected both garage doors and since they are 11 yrs old, together we made proper changes to be made. He got the job done in a very timely manner and remarkably all by himself. I HIGHLY recommend Precision Door Service.

Eddie showed up at the time promised. He quickly found the problem with my garage door and fixed it. So quick, he didn't have time to turn his truck off. He practiced all the COVID-19 safeguards that were mentioned on your phone call. Eddie didn't charge me anything to repair my garage door, which I really appreciate. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone that needs repair or replacement of their garage door.

My 21 year old Sears garage door opener finally bit the dust. I called Precision and they sent a tech over the SAME day!
