The entire experience with Precision DoorPA was a novelty in today’s marketplace. Everyone I dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and actually spoke English. Service Technician Dakota came and reviewed the (daunting) task of working on old/antique garage doors with enthusiasm, where another company asked to provide a quote was mad/upset, that they had not been granted permission to services them years ago as he drove by them regularly and made multiple inquiries. Your staff were very professional, and throughly explained the work needed to be completed, to get my door working. They also provided me with three options for a new garage door and a realistic time frame for installation. We look forward to having the new door installed. Absolutely fantastic service. From making the appointment to the actual same-day service, everyone was friendly, professional and explained everything in detail and offered three options for service needed today and what to expect in the future including how much longer our motor will last. The pricing was reasonable for us as seniors being on a fixed income. No pressure sales and we will recommend to our friends and neighbors. Our local garage door service that we used in the past for maintenance did not answer the phone so I remember seeing a Precision truck in our neighborhood recently and called them. Precision Garage Door Service will definitely be our choice in the future.
