Precision went above and beyond! They called within 10 minute of inquiring on their website and had a service tech (Denny) out the next business day! Denny was super polite and informative and gave us different options for fixing our garage door. We decided to replace the opener and the springs he had it switched out super fast and explained to us how everything worked! Also his boss saved him some time by picking up the new opener and dropping it off at our house while Denny installed the other parts. Thought that was pretty cool, you dont see that very often! Would definitely recommend!

I did not like that Dan Madison entered my attached garage first without first knocking on my door to introduce himself ! I only knew of his arrival after hearing of noise in the garage ! Very disappointed in his lack of professionalism. I will be sure to include this to whomever inquiries of the work that was done by Precision.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because they offer same day service. I called and was thanked for calling the business asked what the problem was and given an appointment window. I w was called by the service tech prior to this window and was told that he was running late but assured me he would be here today. He arrived shortly after the original time window. He assessed the problem and I was given several different options to take care of the problem. Within a few minutes he had estimates for each option explaining the benefits of each option. I chose the lifetime warranty and decided to have another door serviced to avoid an additional service call in the future. The technician quickly performed the required repairs and explained all work performed, showing everything that was replaced, explained the warranty, and placed service few on the repaired doors. He was very professional and polite throughout the service call. He explained the invoice and warranty information, sending me an email with all pertinent information. He also told me if I have my problem with the email that I can contact the company office to have another receipt sent to me. He made sure that my garage was clear of any debris and the doors operated correctly. I was thanked for my business and told if there were any problems to please call the office. He was very professional and polite throughout the entire service call. I will recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door service or repair.

The technician Chad was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and replace my 3 garage door motors (quit working after lightning strike) in the same visit. He even tightened up some screws on the track rails. Everything works perfectly 3 weeks later. Great job on responsiveness and service!

Dan arrived and was very professional. He checked my noisy garage door and explained all the issues with it. He never pushed as to what I needed done, but he explained everything. I asked him for a price to replace everything that was wrong, he did so. I told him to do it and replace everything. After he finished he explained warranties, operation and maintenance. I am very pleased I chose Precision Door to take care of my problems before they became worse.

My garage door spring snapped and broke. Called Precision on Monday morning and the tech was at my door in about 30 minutes. Diagnosed the issue and gave me several options that suited me, prices were also reasonable , industry average and the tech (Jerry) was able to put in a discount too. Was very professional and courteous and completed the job efficiently and I had my garage operating smooth and as brand new.

Garage door spring broke on a Sunday afternoon. Called Precision that evening and arranged for an appointment the next afternoon. Jerry arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem and outlined several alternatives. That was a bad start to a morning being locked into my garage because of a broken spring. I did and online inquire into repair and Precision called me back within 5 minutes. They also arrived when they promised. The repairmen were awesome, friendly, polite and professional. I was given 3 options for repairs and I chose the one that would give me a life time warranty on parts. They made the repairs quickly and proficiently. They indeed turned a bad day into a good one and I am free to come and go again with high confidence that this shouldn't happen again and if it does, I am covered for parts.

I was impressed with Eddie and Kevin's professionalism and ability to diagnose the problem with our garage door opener. They gave us three options from which to choose, but ultimately we found a good deal on a new Craftsman opener at the local Sears and went with that. In spite of the fact that we didn't ultimately use Precision to purchase or install a new opener, they were very nice about it. Eddie gave us his card in case we need to call them again, which we certainly will should the need arise.

I needed someone to fix my door on a last minute notice. As I was looking online I came across Precision Door and saw they had service 24/7.
