Old garage door opening finally let me down. I received a prompt response to my call and a technician arrived at my home 24 hours later. Dennis Gohn, the precision technician, reviewed the project with me and gave me several options. He was able to answer all my questions and helped me arrive at the best solution for my individual case. My new garage door opener, including an new spring system, was fully installed within 2 hours and Dennis spent as much time as I needed to go over the operating instructions. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of Precision and all the representatives that worked with me. Thank you for making the experience a pleasure and I look forward to you replacing my other two openers.

My experience with Precision was quite excellent. The technician, Denny was very pleasant and explained everything on what he was checking and the reason for my problem and also the gave me choices with no pressure. I was VERY satisfied with the repair and service that Jerry provided for our garage door and opener - replacing springs and rollers. He was extremely thorough and explained reasoning behind his repairs, provided us a quote, got our approval and proceeded with repairs and work diligently until all was in perfect working order. I fully expected we might need a new garage door opener as well But some simple lubrication of some of the internal mechanisms solved the problem. Lastly, he was able to upgrade our four digit security code to 6 digits adding an additional level of security and peace of mind. Thanks Jerry – definitely a job well done!!

Choose Precision Garage Door Service because it was local, and my garage door wouldn’t open. Dan arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment time. He was personable, professional, and thorough. He made a quick inspection, told me what needed to be repaired, and offered a few maintenance items that might be appropriate. I agreed with his recommendations. Dan made the repairs, and the door was working in short order. When trying to use my remote after he left, the door wouldn’t open. I called Dan and he immediately came back to make sure that the remotes were working properly before he left. I would recommend Dan and Precision Garage Door Repair to anyone. Very good to work with. Did not push to get new door from them, just designed the door we wanted at a good price. My door spring had broken 2 days before he came and fixed it on the spot before he left. As we have a special needs child and through the garage is the quickest way out of house. Thanks very much.

Scheduled same day service. Serviceman called to ask if it was ok to come earlier than scheduled. Very professional and personable. He looked the job over and explained everything and options to fix. Then went to work and door now works perfectly. Very happy with work.

Jerry Eldreth diagnosed the trouble with my 17yr old garage door. It was limping along after all those years without service. In a matter of a few hours, Jerry installed a new motor and converted the drive from chain to belt with a tension coil operating system. I was very happy with the service from Steven who installed my new garage door He came as scheduled even though we were having a snow storm. He was courteous even asked if I needed help removing the snow from my driveway. That is a courtesy I certainly didn't expect. I not only recommend Precision Door to everyone, I will use them for any future needs for myself.

We saw good reviews and decided to give Precision a try. We were scheduled for Monday, but they moved our appt up to Saturday. We were so pleased with Jerry. He explained what was wrong with our door and the fee to fix it. With the age of our door, we decided to get a new door. All charges for Saturday will be included in the price of the new door. And, Jerry fixed our problem until the new door gets here. Very reputable and up front company!
