I called Precision, they responded the same day, made the repair, and all was completed within 8 hours of my original call. Their technician, Brayden, was exceptional, quickly diagnosing the problem, had all the necessary repair parts on his truck, had the repair made within about an hour, and was perhaps the most personable tradesperson I have experienced. Sudden failure of a garage door spring at 2pm led to a search for a company that could fix it. Precision was my first call based on their google reviews and promised to have someone out to the house between 4 & 6 pm. Josh arrived at 430pm, assessed the job, offered 3 very clear options with the pros and cons of each and at what we considered to be fair pricing. We chose a complete rebuild of the opener system and by 730pm it was installed, operating and demonstrated. Pleasant people, who do what they say, quickly and efficiently and for a fair price. I am pleased to be able to recommend them.

I was able to make an appointment for the next day for minor service and inspection of door operation. Jerry and Don were on time and were very courteous and knowledgeable. They took time to ask what my concerns were about the door and explained what they could see might need servicing. They offered 3 options of service and explained each. They did not pressure me to choose either or any option. When I chose the option I wanted, the technicians completed their work in about an hour. They carefully explained what they did and demonstrated door operation. I would recommend to others.

On Monday, September 30, 2024 I called Precision Garage Door Service and spoke with Nick regarding noise that garage door was making. He took my information and set up an appointment between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.and received a text confirming this appointment. Jerry, the technician, called to confirm that he would be at my house soon because he was in a neighborhood close by. Before he arrived, he called again to inform that he was near our home. He checked our garage door, etc. He showed four different options. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He also informed us that the garage door was still in good shape. Tuneup, pulleys, and rollers is what we chose. We are very pleased with service from initial call to a completed job.

Our garage door technician, Josh Finkbeiner was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He knew exactly what to do to repair my garage door and did it in a timely manner. He provided me with options (financially) and I trusted him with helping me make a decision on what should be done. I lost my husband last year, and having to make these decisions on my own is most difficult. I was thankful for Josh's input and guidance. He was also very tidy in everything he did and even wiped down the inside and outside of my garage door where he may have left handprints. I am blessed to know that my garage door has a life-time warrantee.

Technician Jerry arrived at my home to fix a broken spring on my garage door. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and very courteous.
