My garage door cable broke at 6:30 PM on a Thursday night.I immediately called your company and even that late, got a representative on the phone who scheduled me for a repair visit the following morning at 10 AM. Kenny came and gave me options for repairing my door........... and in not much more than an hour I was all fixed up!!!!! He answered all of my questions and was not only knowledgeable and professional, but kind and pleasant as well. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service in Lancaster!

We received same-day service when we had a garage door emergency repair. :) Jerry called prior to arriving to let us know he was on his way. I really appreciated that! I called late in the afternoon and got an appointment the very first thing the next morning. They said between 8 & 10AM. The tech arrived a few minutes after 8 and more door was fixed and the tech gone before 9. I was so happy with a stress free experience. This is the first time I've had an issue since the installation over 2 years ago. This problem was caused by a thunder storm overnight which caused a loss of power. I am very pleased with the professionalism of Precision Door

Kenny Dyson did a great job today! He provided his assessment, gave several options, and made his recommendations. We ended up going with a rebuild for our garage door. Kenny did all the work in well under 2 hours and everything is operating like a charm. We are very pleased with the service and will certainly use Precision again. From start to finish, the Precision team was kind, professional, impressive in their communication, respectful, and helpful. From day 1, Eddie patiently discussed our options and provided tools for us to make an informed decision. He was unhurried and low pressure, presenting our options over several meetings. We saw good reviews and decided to give Precision a try. We were scheduled for Monday, but they moved our appt up to Saturday. We were so pleased with Jerry. He explained what was wrong with our door and the fee to fix it. With the age of our door, we decided to get a new door. All charges for Saturday will be included in the price of the new door. And, Jerry fixed our problem until the new door gets here. Very reputable and up front company!

Old garage door opening finally let me down. I received a prompt response to my call and a technician arrived at my home 24 hours later. Dennis Gohn, the precision technician, reviewed the project with me and gave me several options. He was able to answer all my questions and helped me arrive at the best solution for my individual case. My new garage door opener, including an new spring system, was fully installed within 2 hours and Dennis spent as much time as I needed to go over the operating instructions. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of Precision and all the representatives that worked with me. Thank you for making the experience a pleasure and I look forward to you replacing my other two openers.

I was VERY satisfied with the repair and service that Jerry provided for our garage door and opener - replacing springs and rollers. He was extremely thorough and explained reasoning behind his repairs, provided us a quote, got our approval and proceeded with repairs and work diligently until all was in perfect working order. I fully expected we might need a new garage door opener as well But some simple lubrication of some of the internal mechanisms solved the problem. Lastly, he was able to upgrade our four digit security code to 6 digits adding an additional level of security and peace of mind. Thanks Jerry – definitely a job well done!!

Choose Precision Garage Door Service because it was local, and my garage door wouldn’t open. Dan arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment time. He was personable, professional, and thorough. He made a quick inspection, told me what needed to be repaired, and offered a few maintenance items that might be appropriate. I agreed with his recommendations. Dan made the repairs, and the door was working in short order. When trying to use my remote after he left, the door wouldn’t open. I called Dan and he immediately came back to make sure that the remotes were working properly before he left. I would recommend Dan and Precision Garage Door Repair to anyone.
