The technician, Jerry, was very knowledgeable and transparent on the options and costs up front. He was very thorough on his inspection and didn't pressure us to make one decision over another. He worked efficiently and quickly troubleshooted a last-minute issue. We've used Precision before on another home and would highly recommend their garage door replacement and garage door opener replacement services.

I was throughly impressed with Josh the technician that came to my property. He was professional and answered all of my questions with great detail. He recommended items that I didn't realize were needed but didn't feel like I was being "over sold". As someone who also works in customer service, I really appreciated that. I am VERY happy with the end product they installed and my only complaint is that I didn't call them sooner! I would highly recommend their service and I felt that I received the products for a very fair price.

Technician Taylor arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and provided easy to understand descriptions of results of his inspection of my garage door. No pressure. Advised me of which service is most important. Service call for today wasn’t that expensive, but subsequent services seemed quite high. I now feel educated on what I need to do to keep my garage door opener working well.

The problem that I called about was resolved. The technician seemed very competent. I would like it noted that both the technician and myself noticed the pull chain slapping against its guide rail when the door opens. The technician assured me that this is not a problem. I am noting this because if it does become an issue, I feel that I should not be charged with another service fee to resolve this.

Absolutely impressed with the service and work completed by Precision Garage Door. A spring on our door, broke last night. I chatted online with their site and was impressed that they would be here in the morning between 8 and 10. Josh arrived by around 9 and got to work on the situation right away. After he had completed the job, he went over all that he had done and explained things to us . We are beyond pleased with the service we got, and would indeed recommend their service to anyone who needs prompt, absolutely professional service!

Jerry is the best!!! We got a new opener along with all the parts installed in our home recently and he knocked it out of the park. He was educational, helpful, and friendly and made us feel like old friends rather than just another customer. Our new opener is quiet and Jerry did an excellent job of doing the entire install thoroughly in no time at all. A+++++ Thanks again!

Came within 2 hrs after my initial call. Jerry was our tech. He explained everything to us and gave us several options. We decided to get 2 new openers plus springs. He installed everything within a couple hours then explained everything, including talking us thru the app sign up process to our complete satisfaction. 100% satisfied with the service and the equipment. Jerry was excellent; very congenial and professional.
