Technician Taylor arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and provided easy to understand descriptions of results of his inspection of my garage door. No pressure. Advised me of which service is most important. Service call for today wasn’t that expensive, but subsequent services seemed quite high. The problem that I called about was resolved. The technician seemed very competent. I would like it noted that both the technician and myself noticed the pull chain slapping against its guide rail when the door opens. The technician assured me that this is not a problem. I am noting this because if it does become an issue, I feel that I should not be charged with another service fee to resolve this.

Absolutely impressed with the service and work completed by Precision Garage Door. A spring on our door, broke last night. I chatted online with their site and was impressed that they would be here in the morning between 8 and 10. Josh arrived by around 9 and got to work on the situation right away. After he had completed the job, he went over all that he had done and explained things to us .
