very pleased with the technician's approach: safety first! He explained the repairs and did exactly as we discussed. He was very professional and delivered the service I expected. But I was amazed at how quickly he did it because he did not hurry so he surely knows his job. I am glad I contacted your business; your people provided great customer service from the start of my call to completing the repairs. The price he quoted was also what I expected so there were no surprises. We are completely satisfied and I will mention your company to others.

We had just bought a house with a Precision door opener. The garage door openers were not working. We called the company and they sent a technician out the next day and within 20 minutes it was fixed. The technician was friendly and efficient. Very good company to deal with.

We received a text that had a picture and info about the tech before he arrived. He called when he was 10 minutes away. Eddie arrived on time with a professional appearance and demeanor. He quickly diagnosed and solved our problem. Excellent service!

Our garage door broke at 4:30 PM on a Wednesday. I was able to call and schedule an appointment with a service tech for the very next morning. Eddie showed up right on time and was super friendly and polite. He did a complete inspection of our door, explained all the issues and then gave us three repair options. Expecting to have to go a few days with the door not working, we were blown away when Eddie told us he could install a new motor and replace the other necessary parts during this same visit as all the required parts were already in his truck. He did so and we had a workable garage door by noon. The door is now quiet and works so much better.
