We received a text that had a picture and info about the tech before he arrived. He called when he was 10 minutes away. Eddie arrived on time with a professional appearance and demeanor. He quickly diagnosed and solved our problem. Excellent service!

Our garage door broke at 4:30 PM on a Wednesday. I was able to call and schedule an appointment with a service tech for the very next morning. Eddie showed up right on time and was super friendly and polite. He did a complete inspection of our door, explained all the issues and then gave us three repair options. Expecting to have to go a few days with the door not working, we were blown away when Eddie told us he could install a new motor and replace the other necessary parts during this same visit as all the required parts were already in his truck. He did so and we had a workable garage door by noon. The door is now quiet and works so much better.
