A+++ from start to finish. Called at 7am and the (live) phone service was very pleasant and accommodating. Gave me several options for time of repair to fit my schedule. The same day!! Zachary Shope was the service tech that came out to do the repair. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained every aspect of what was needed to get my 25 year old garage door back in great working order after blowing out a cable/spring. He presented me with 3 options at 3 different price points. He was able to do the job onsite with a fully stocked van. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the work he performed and made sure I was satisfied before signing off on completed job. Precision will be my go to for all my garage door related work from this point forward and Zachary will be the tech I ask for.

I was able to get an appointment for 8:00 A.M. the very next day. At 7:45 Justin called me to say he'd be here in fifteen minutes. When he arrived, he was pleasant, courteous, and professional as he explained which repairs were necessary; which ones I could safely delay; and what would be my total price for each option. Then he went to work. When I turned around, he was finished, and when he presented me with my invoice, it was for less than I'd expected, when I'd initially called.
