The entire experience with Precision DoorPA was a novelty in today’s marketplace. Everyone I dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and actually spoke English. Scheduling the repairs was easy, an accurate estimate was provided and they did a great job providing information about the upcoming appointment including a picture of the technician that would be performing the repairs. Zachary Shope was the service tech that came out to do the repair. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained every aspect of what was needed to get my 25 year old garage door back in great working order after blowing out a cable/spring. He presented me with 3 options at 3 different price points. He was able to do the job onsite with a fully stocked van. I was able to get an appointment for 8:00 A.M. the very next day. At 7:45 Justin called me to say he'd be here in fifteen minutes.
