The number one reason your Company was selected was that you were able to respond on a Saturday. From the lady(Christina) who scheduled the appointment to Dante who did the service the entire experience was better than 5 star. Dante did an inspection gave me options and then did a 1st class repair/service. Fantastic all the way around. Thank you. Jim Collins

Justin Cooney was the technician accompanied by Ty, who was attentively listening and learning. Both were very courteous, professional and easy to converse with, answering any questions I had. It was easy to give the okay on the installation of a new door. Zach Shambaugh was here only two days later and did a splendid job. He tried my existing motor first, in an effort to save me some money, but when it was apparent a new motor was needed I had no problem with that. I can’t believe how much quieter the new belt driven motor is, even with my hearing aids in! LOL Zach also made an interesting comment. That he not only liked his job, but he also enjoyed the people he worked with. That was exemplified by all three of these young men. As a retired teacher and current battlefield guide here at Gettysburg, these are qualities I like to see. Well done Precision!

Impressed with everything on my garage door appt. with Rep. Josh. Showed up early for a 2 hr window and checked out my system and issue. Left me with a couple of alternatives to my older system for possible upgrade. They have my recommendation.

I chose Precision Door to repair my garage door problem because they quickly and reliably repaired and renewed my other garage door last year. The entire experience with Precision DoorPA was a novelty in today’s marketplace. Everyone I dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and actually spoke English. Scheduling the repairs was easy, an accurate estimate was provided and they did a great job providing information about the upcoming appointment including a picture of the technician that would be performing the repairs. The technician, Henry, did a thorough inspection. Identified all issues with our garage door and repaired them quickly and completely. I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

A+++ from start to finish. Called at 7am and the (live) phone service was very pleasant and accommodating. Gave me several options for time of repair to fit my schedule. The same day!! Zachary Shope was the service tech that came out to do the repair. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained every aspect of what was needed to get my 25 year old garage door back in great working order after blowing out a cable/spring. He presented me with 3 options at 3 different price points. He was able to do the job onsite with a fully stocked van. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the work he performed and made sure I was satisfied before signing off on completed job. Precision will be my go to for all my garage door related work from this point forward and Zachary will be the tech I ask for.

Thank you, Jordan and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

So a spring on my long-neglected garage door broke and took some pulleys and stuff with it, so I called Precision Garage Door Service Central PA. Smart move. I was able to get an appointment for 8:00 A.M. the very next day. At 7:45 Justin called me to say he'd be here in fifteen minutes. When he arrived, he was pleasant, courteous, and professional as he explained which repairs were necessary; which ones I could safely delay; and what would be my total price for each option. Then he went to work. When I turned around, he was finished, and when he presented me with my invoice, it was for less than I'd expected, when I'd initially called. I'm completely satisfied with the service, and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. And Justin.
