I chose this company based on the ratings and proximity. The person who answered the phone was very courteous and informative. The service person who came was the same. He explained in detail what was wrong with garage door opener and also presented visual description of all service and price options. Fortunately he was able to complete the work at the same appointment. The problem required extensive replacement and I believe the price was reasonable for the job. I was pleased with the work and his helpfulness. I will definitely call this company again.

I had full repair conversions performed on both doors. One due to a broken cable and the 2nd for safety precautions due to the age of the spring system. The tech was extremely helpful and friendly.
