Carcen Anderson just completed service on our two new garage doors. He called ahead of time and arrived "On Time". He did an excellent job adjusting the springs and pulleys so the doors no longer made noise. He was very focused on the issue and getting the doors to operate in the best possible manner. The two doors were installed in June of this year and just needed a 90 day adjustment. I am very pleased with Carcen's job performance. The new doors are amazing !! Well worth the investment.

Contacted Precision this morning - 2-25-21 around 8:30 AM to have broken door spring replaced .. given an appointment window of 1-3PM -- Dennis Gohn called me when he was 15 min. away and arrived just a few min. after 1PM .. Very respectful and knowledgeable of products and repair services .. quickly answered questions and concerns .. replaced the springs and hardware on the broken door and put together a package to replace both doors, all hardware, and openers .. he even provided a computer generated picture of what the new doors would like like .. made out job easy to decide what style door, color, and features we wanted .. new doors were ordered today .. very pleased that the cost of repairing my door was at "no cost" since we ordered new ones .. very happy so far with everything .. only thing that could be better is if the new doors were available sooner, but Covid restrictions have doors back ordered ..

Our garage door broke at 4:30 PM on a Wednesday. I was able to call and schedule an appointment with a service tech for the very next morning. Eddie showed up right on time and was super friendly and polite. He did a complete inspection of our door, explained all the issues and then gave us three repair options. Expecting to have to go a few days with the door not working, we were blown away when Eddie told us he could install a new motor and replace the other necessary parts during this same visit as all the required parts were already in his truck. He did so and we had a workable garage door by noon. The door is now quiet and works so much better.

Service response was within hours and the broken torsion spring was replaced. Rollers and other parts were also replaced as needed for my 16 year old door.
